UK energy suppliers, scored across six areas
Service matters most, but so do sustainability, fair treatment, the range of tariffs, technology and financial strength. We score six areas, with customer service weighted highest, and combine them into one Energy Supplier Score. Price is not scored yet (a daily comparison returns in February 2027). Every score is out of 10 from a real, public source, with no synthetic data, and the table is updated monthly. Who is included, and who is not
Our rankings include all active UK domestic energy suppliers with meaningful retail operations. White-label brands (such as Co-op Energy, London Power and Sainsbury's Energy) are excluded because they are operated by larger licensed suppliers and therefore do not represent distinct customer propositions; each supplier profile lists the brands it runs. Suppliers that have exited the market are removed once customers have been migrated to a Supplier of Last Resort or acquiring supplier.
