- We aim to reply within 5 working days. This is an independent project in beta, so please bear with us at busy times.
- For data deletion or access requests, email the privacy address above. We respond to verified requests within 30 days, as set out in our Data Retention & Deletion Policy.
- We do not run phone support or user accounts. Email keeps a clear written record for both of us.
Before you write
A few things that might answer your question faster:
- How the estimates are built and where our data comes from is on the About page.
- What we collect, why, and your rights are covered in the Privacy Policy.
- The rules for using the tools and the disclaimers are in our Terms of Service.
- Our figures are an estimate, not a quote. Always get a written quote from an MCS-certified installer before committing.
Complaints
We would like the chance to put things right first, so please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it. You also have the right to complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
